If you wish to close your Mastercard, you can do so in the mobile bank. Go to "Card details" from your account or under "Cards" in the menu, and select "Close Mastercard" at the bottom of the page.

You can also contact us by phone or via chat if you need help closing your Mastercard.

You can make an extra payment on your credit card at any time. Select transfer or deposit from the mobile bank or the online bank and the available amount will be updated immediately. Please note that the transfer/deposit must be made from an account in DNB for the available amount to be updated immediately.

Yes, select 'Always eInvoice' in the online bank. You will find it under 'Everyday banking and loans' and 'AvtaleGiro and eInvoice'.

DNB Mastercard includes travel insurance when a minimum of 50% of the trip's transport costs are paid with the card. Transport costs include all forms of transport: flights, ferries, trains, fuel expenses, accommodation, rented cabins and more.The insurance covers the entire household or up to three fellow travellers.

If you have selected the 15th as your due date, you will receive an invoice for everything you have used the card for in the previous month. The invoice is produced approximately 15 days before the due date. If you use the card the day after invoicing, you will have 45 interest-free days. If you use the card the day before, you will have 15 interest-free days.

The minimum monthly amount is 3.5% of the outstanding balance, with a minimum of NOK 200. If you wish to pay a larger amount, you can change the amount yourself when you approve the invoice.

Download the form and fill it in. Both parties must sign and the form should be submitted via online banking or the mobile banking app from your mailbox/inbox.
You can also send the signed form by post. The address can be found in the form.

You can easily change your credit limit, either up or down, in online banking and in the mobile banking app.

Mobile banking appSelect "More" in the menu, go to "Cards" and choose to increase or reduce the credit limit on your Mastercard.

Online bankSelect "My cards" under "Everyday banking and loans", click on "Shortcuts" and choose "Increase credit limit". There you will also find a link to reduce your credit limit.
