What is Helselos?
Through your company's insurance agreement with DNB, you as an employee have free access to the Helselos service.
If you have health issues or concerns, your first conversation will be with a social worker who provides professional health guidance and monitoring based on a comprehensive assessment of your situation, regardless of the cause.
Helselos works with a multidisciplinary health team consisting of a doctor, physiotherapist, psychologist, career adviser and nurse. Together they ensure you receive tailored advice on measures and possible treatment. All monitoring takes place by telephone and is confidential.
